NJSIAA ONLINE REFRESHER TESTING and CONCUSSION AWARENESS for 2011
NJSIAA MANDATED CONCUSSION AWARENESS TRAINING
Effective now, NJSIAA has deemed your Concussion Awareness training valid for a ONE YEAR period.
Every official must have a valid Certificate of completion for the NFHS online training that is dated for the current season. Your Certificate contains the date when you completed the online training. For the soccer season, your certification must be valid through Nov 15, 2011.
You need to have a Certificate that is dated after November 15, 2010.
You need to take the online course if you do not have a certificate dated later than Nov 15, 2010.
YOUR NEW YEARLY CERTIFICATION MUST BE COMPLETED BY AUGUST 26, 2011
PROOF OF CERTIFICATION MUST BE SUBMITTED TO SCOTT ASHCROFT ( secretary@rvsoa.net ) BY AUGUST 26, 2011
When you complete the online training you will get an electronic certificate of completion as a PDF file, simply e-mail that to Scott Ashcroft at secretary@rvsoa.net . If for some reason you cannot do that, a paper copy submitted by August 26, 2011 is acceptable
AS PER NJSIAA FAILURE TO COMPLETE BY AUGUST26, 2011 WILL RESULT IN YOUR INELIGIBILITY TO OFFICATE ANY SOCCER GAMES

2) ORDER the course (fee is $ZER0)
3) follow the prompts to checkout and complete purchase
4) after you "Complete Purchase" the page will have a click HERE to access the course OR you can go to your Home Page to access the course
You will NOT get an updated certificate unless you PURCHASE the course.
