As discussed in the recent RVSOA meeting, we are reporting ALL misconducts (yellow and red cards) through a simple form that can be accessed HERE.  This includes all varsity and sub-varsity games.

The NJSIAA sportsmanship statement must be read prior to each game at all levels (no paraphrasing).  The statement can be found here.  A wallet-size version can be found here.

Reminder: OFFICIALS MUST NOTIFY THE SCHOOL ATHLETIC DIRECTOR WITH A PHONE CALL, FIRST AND FOREMOST ASAP AFTER THE CONTEST IF A DQ OCCURRED (by Noon the next day)

The DQ process is located on the NJSIAA website.  See the steps below:

1. Log in to the NJSIAA website at njsiaa.org
2. Go to the officials' menu at the top OR click here: DQ Report
3. Click on the DQ Reporting tab on the left side (must be logged in to see this)
4. Complete DQ information
5. Click "Submit"
